The ASHI School

The ASHI School Live home inspection classes are forming for 2010 in throughout the country: Sign up and “Learn by doing!”

A joint venture of the American Society of Home Inspectors & Casey, O’Malley Associates, the ASHI School features live educational classes that include more time on real field inspections than any other school in the nation. Course focus is on starting and operating your own successful inspection career and business, as well as performing inspections in compliance with the ASHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.

ASHI school students learn to inspect real houses with real inspectors. These classes feature more actual live home inspections as the primary learning method than any other school. The ASHI school program’s 50/50 classroom/field instructional format is cutting edge to help students learn fast. ASHI puts you in the field with superior education including pre-class assignments, highly qualified instructors and actual on-site experience.

The ASHI school is the ultimate hands on home inspection training. Home inspection is a career skill that requires getting into the field and doing live training: the ASHI school takes students into the field nearly every day of class to show them exactly how to perform the best inspections possible.

You will be prepared to start and operate a profitable business with knowledge to perform the field work and gain extensive marketing information to build referrals. If interested in additional training, then buy a day or two at one of our 10-day classes. See the class information page for more information.
