Mr. Naylor is the founder of Elite. He has held leadership roles in the insurance industry for the past thirty years. He began in the group benefits business in the early 1960's with The Travelers and in the 1970's, started the first Third Party Administration (TPA) firm in the Philadelphia area. He sold this TPA firm in 1986 and upon the termination of his transition responsibilities, formed Elite Brokerage Services, Inc.
Since Elite's inception, the highest level of customer service has been the measure of our success. We believe that every employee every day represents Elite, since customers judge all of us by how they are treated with each contact. Therefore, our first business priority is to assist any customer or potential customer. Nothing is more important than the courteous, friendly, helpful, and prompt attention given to our customers. Positive client relationships and being each client's business partner pay off in greater customer retention and even improving business performance, as measured by profitable revenue growth.
Based upon this philosophy, Elite has grown to over 100 employees with 4 field office locations throughout the country. With over 1,000 aggregate client relationships, Elite continues to maintain the small business service mentality that has led to the Company's ongoing growth and success.
Pamela Brunges is a CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) and licensed insurance agent of over 15 years. She has worked throughout the industry in retail insurance and wholesale both nationally and internationally. Pamela has worked many years in commercial insurance and in 2004 she began to expand into the development of program business. She worked closely with associations as well as large individual commercial clients to assist in designing programs that met their specific insurance needs.
Pamela has held a high standard for insurance ethics and business practices, and in doing so she was asked to join honored board such as: Agency Advisory Boards, Technology Boards and other various committees with companies and the community. She obtained her CIC designation in 2004 and has continuously worked toward strengthening her education in additional areas of insurance. In 2005 she won the "Best Agent Participation" award for the Arizona Private Post Secondary Education Association an honor that especially made her proud as it was from an association she felt she had helped the most at that time. Pamela is also a member of NAIW (National Association of Insurance Women).
With her past knowledge of program business and development and ongoing continuing education in the insurance industry, Pamela brings a strong insurance background that is needed when moving forward in Elite's development of existing insurance markets as well as growing in new directions. As with any strategic alliances and business development there is a need for experience and Pamela Brunges helps strengthen the future growth in our company as well as yours.
Jana Jordan joined the Elite MGA team in April of 2008. Elite MGA is excited to welcome Jana to our company. The Elite InspectInsure team has gained a professional with 6 + years experience in the insurance industry as well as a number of designations and degrees. Jana is an Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), she has obtained her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation as well as her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. She adds to the team a strong service background and the proven ability to strengthen and grow positive relationships with both clients and companies.
Jana is a graduate of the University of Maryland, and will be growing with Elite MGA as an Account Manager for the Elite InspectInsure Program.
